Despite being such a big company, there is no uniform. Not only the performance at the time of increment, but the face which is the favorite of the manager every year tats buddy's highest increment.The company should think about the people below.

... are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge canteen area. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Higher post employee and Bottom level employee some partiality like traveling and breakfast facility.

Top Management is supporting, Independent Working Environment, Love to work, Work Culture is good.

Dislikes

Inter Department work relation is not good, Compensation and benefits are in reducing trand, Promotion , Increment and Job level system is not clear.
