All the interview process went well

Dislikes

They had selected me after 2 rounds of the interview & I had a discussion as well with HR for salary negotiable. Their response was quite positive and sent me mail as well that they have a positive response on my interview. But when I tried calling HR again then they stopped receiving my call and after few days I got the call saying that 3 to 4 profiles are on hold because management is trying to hire people internally & there's very little chance of getting selected. It's been 2 weeks not I still didn't get anyones call, I don't know why they took this all interview session if they didn't even want to hire us cause of their IJP.

1) Lots of politics on Management side. 2) Appraisal are very poor and promotions are every after 4 to5 years. 3) Canteen food is not so good for second shift ppl. 4) Workload is there but minimum resources. 5) After a certain time learning skills stop and you will get busy in routine work.

No work pressure. Freedom to work & Innovation.

Dislikes

...licy. Sudden change in decision without any prior notice. No work life balance. AVP Scam - Even working for complete financial year they do not give you complete variable pay. Almost 6 months of Variable pay remains with company when you left. UPL is slowly decreasing its fame & rapport due to its untimely changes in policy, because of which employees are getting suffered. Also, Increments & Promotions are like peanuts 🥜. I would suggest not to join such organization which is ethical & not in favour of Employees.
