I don't know why the company hiring a high pay scale person if they do not have capability to pay after hire and giving you silly silly excuses while they are fyring you. No work life balance,working on Sundays.Strict leave policies and most importantly freshers shouldn't join because once they enter in the real world post upgrad salary would take a hit

The company is definitely very good over all as they are quite employee centric and has a very healthy environment. Supportive managers and peers until you are intentions towards the company is good. For someone who is not serious I would still say that the company will take care of you but only till a specific amount of time.
