But paralley it is as good as other department in terms of employee training part, salary, incentives and other activities, Sales is always challenging so you have to cop up with that but many people join the organization by looking the salary but they cant cop up with the work it demands. So they cam out with harsh words and negative things without interospecting themselves.

There are lots of sales pressure and target achievement within the month at the end of the every month it creates a hectic and lots of pressure are there even on holiday we need to do work

I have enjoying my time in Upgrad as the things are quite good here in terms of learning and in salary also which is the most of the best thing i can say.
