Over all it was good. The training was good, salary and incentive are better than many company.

Dislikes

Management Timing ( you have to work after shift end) The senior manager Varun sharma he does nothing and assigned to give lecture rather than helping his team. I don't see any efforts from his side for the company he goes for smoke break every hour, sit, eat & chill.

Sales is bit hecitc honestly if we look. But paralley it is as good as other department in terms of employee training part, salary, incentives and other activities, Sales is always challenging so you have to cop up with that but many people join the organization by looking the salary but they cant cop up with the work it demands. So they cam out with harsh words and negative things without interospecting themselves.

Worklife balance is very less management need to look into that

Sales department is quite very nice and things are bit hectic but they provide best in class salary and incentives which is better than the other competitors

Politics is the thing only which is eating the company from inside

Its a sales job which is quite good overall. In terms of salary upgrad provide the best what you can expect and management is very supportive and helpfull

Well workload is high many of time to meet the sales target and deadlines

The organization is very toxic. No support. Pay is not good. Treatment is poor. They will treat you like animals if you miss on targets. Poor people management. Politics is of another level. Bulbul Sharma is ta tti Manager . she play games just like her crooked nature. Manipulative
