I have enjoying my time in Upgrad as the things are quite good here in terms of learning and in salary also which is the most of the best thing i can say. Well it is much better than the other competitors in the market. work life balance is also quite good here and this is the thing which people want this days

Well workload is high many time but some of the micro management things need to be improved so that things can become more swiftly and the upper management need to look into this very close

Sales job is hectic but with that it also bring lots of perks of working here. Like salary and incentives which is quite very good and best in class

Worklife is more hectic when lead doesnt get converted to sales

Well it is a sales profile but the pay check for this profile is quite good. It literally challenges a lot but parallelly it helps to gain a some good amount of skills development. Pay is the big plus point of this job
