You get salary on time even though salary is the same as last year

No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instread of building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . As someone who has worked across multiple organizations

i love the sales in upgrad. as things are challenging and in the challenge it makes me more excited to work on it and salary is something which is awesome

workload which is high and i guess in sales you are going to meet with this always

...a promising career honestly i would say it just need a hard work and dedication. Rest company provides all facilities and great salary to work on it.

Work schedules get sometime hectic when sales targets doesnt get matched up

Sales are always hectic but anyway the pay structure and incentives are very nice in the organization which makes more motivated. even seniors do appreciate the work when you achieve some achivement

Workload is very high. sales pressure is too much

...very easy my manager was very supportive which helped me to be in this position. well salary is the best thing you can find here as compare to other competitors

Need to work long even some time need to work on holidays also
