After sometime no work life balance is there alot of cost cutting suddenly at end started giving lot of pressures

Over all it was good. The training was good, salary and incentive are better than many company.

Dislikes

Management Timing ( you have to work after shift end) The senior manager Varun sharma he does nothing and assigned to give lecture rather than helping his team. I don't see any efforts from his side for the company he goes for smoke break every hour, sit, eat & chill.

I liked many of the things of upgrad also gain knowledge also .

... do anything what he will promise to you i worked under these two persons for 2.5 months they didn’t provided me the salary of january month when i asked him to give my salary he told me that you didn’t gave any inputs in January so we will not provide any amount to you but on the same side this condition is not mentioned in my offer letter also so don’t trust these people’s

I don't know why the company hiring a high pay scale person if they do not have capability to pay after hire and giving you silly silly excuses while they are fyring you. I was really happy when I got selected because of the reputation of upgrad,but the work culture and company policies are really horrible and they say that u will have week off on sat & sun but unfortunately they won't even give single week off if u don't reach your target and the main thing is they treat u like animals when it comes to sale's target

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but it cost your mental health because of the work culture
