You get salary on time even though salary is the same as last year

No value for good work, all they want is to make money, they disproportionately allow higher management to do no work at all, as a result the company is stagnant with no path breaking product from quite a while. They are always chasing running between different projects trying to package items in a way that get sales number instread of building what market might need. Higher management also doesnt have any vision, all they did was chase targets created on cloud and delivered them on cloud as well with no real ground work, the targets set were so high that people had to go on with dirty tricks to meet the ridiculous targets doesnt bring in any value they enjoy . As someone who has worked across multiple organizations

Nit much to like apart form timely salary

Organization is in experimental phase with zero sop.Sop are yet to defined and for that organisation is using there employees as an experiment samples . Despite of all the ownership which is being given to you you will still find many restriction while performing them . The middle management works worse here .They themselves are not aware of what to do and how to move forward .They may ask you to do some unexpected things to get the results.If you can survive all ,you may do wonders but the attrition rate is quite high which give the justification for itself .

...hics which are quite good actually it is much better than the other competitors. This make it more exciting and well salary and incentive is quite very good

Working hours which is usually get stretched sometime rest all is good

Well here the best part is the salary and incetives also. This is a best thing as compare to the other competitor and the sales ethics are also quite good.

Sometime working hour get stretched and it is hectic as the sales target is tough to meet some of times.

Well sales is bit hectic but yeah reward is also there. The pay and incentive is quite good. Work life balance is there as you achieve your target

Some of time things become more hectic in sales and work time get longer
