...differentiation between vendor staff and on roll staff. Appraisals are not fair. They give salary and bonus on time.

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues.there is no training or culture development activities..No Job trainings or skills development.

In my view it is a worst company ever I found, the company executives doesn't stand for their employees in odd situations. They can demote you without inform you. The middle management doesn't respond back to your queries and not stands on commitment they made.

...Neither any training provided to the employees nor the work environment is good. Not any hike or bonus provides to the employees.

...benefit of ESI. They monthly take 180 for that but we don't noo how to use that. The main point is tell now we're getting below salary comparing to other companies.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.another plus points is that my my colleague one then various background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.
