...gers before 5 years. Now whoever going here is simply wasting their life time. Yes yes , company supported many employees by terminating them from the Job and the rest was been served by cutting the salary, bonus and other allowances.

It's a unprofessional company leading now by some worthless managers who dosen't have any knowledge and sense about to deal the employees. Here the funniest part you can notice that you will not find a good professional HR who can have the rights to do his Job. The department Manager's and Operation Manager's will decide here all and will advise the MD to what to do and the process will go. If anybody want to stick with this company for a long time, be a relative or a family friend of the company owner or any senior manager in the management or any client which serving by this company.

...differentiation between vendor staff and on roll staff. Appraisals are not fair. They give salary and bonus on time.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues.there is no training or culture development activities..No Job trainings or skills development.

No professional handling & No Frequency in campus hiring. UDS has no idea what to do with newly hired campus Guys. Because of that, some Managers are not able to handle campus hired guys. Reporting bad to management. Anyway we will have such useless guys ignore them and start to come up and prove them.

...n dodging. Poor Management. Bad roads, Reputation in campus hiring is very poor. Only two good thing u can learn in hot seat & get timely salary. Person who wants to start the career this is not the correct place. For married man u can choose UDS for work life balance . Anyway All the best.

In my view it is a worst company ever I found, the company executives doesn't stand for their employees in odd situations. They can demote you without inform you. The middle management doesn't respond back to your queries and not stands on commitment they made.

...Neither any training provided to the employees nor the work environment is good. Not any hike or bonus provides to the employees.

...benefit of ESI. They monthly take 180 for that but we don't noo how to use that. The main point is tell now we're getting below salary comparing to other companies.
