Good working atmosphere. Management is supportive. Got a good guidance and learning support from my VP Sunil Korhalkar. Also time and again new process updates were given by Strategy team Roohi Modak and Salil Mahadeshwar. Overall every department is supportive which makes the work flow very smooth.

out of 2 director 1 is very talented and understand his employees.

Dislikes

No hikes until you ask it. Boss favor his closed employees and sometime ask e relevant questions and unfortunately. The teams are also not taking responsibility on own and just passing the issues to other person.
