Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Job security is zero, owner does not know how to talk with their employees, they abuse their employees, and always saying that if any work is not done your salary will be deducted.

Dislikes

Owner are not good, they don't have curiosity, here working is like every day is last day.

I myself and don't want anyone to join this group.This is one of worst experience of working in such a bad organisation with rubbish owners.
