Notice period terms of appointment letter not followed by management. If company don't find replacement employee then they want to extend notice period over and above 3 months. As soon as HR finds replacement they kick employee to leave job, force to resign immediately. Unfair practice should be stopped.

As a Tea and coffee lover , I suggest if management can improve the tea and coffee quality.

...mpany is fully cooperating during the corona time, in terms of work and culture. Where most of the companies were deducting salaries of the employees Upadpro gave an annual bonus instead of deducting the salary. I like everything about my job, my colleagues are helpful and so is my manager. One-stop for all the solution to any problem is my manager then HR comes into the picture.

Little bit about lower management means micro management about timings and mobile policy
