Dislikes

Promotional Avenues are slow and bad. Sometimes arbitrarily some promotions have been done not in compliance with seniority list. I have also been sufferer and could get only one promotion in 28 years of service period.

Only Saturday and Sunday holiday is good in this organisation.

Everything is worst in this organisation, private employees are treated like garbage, no salary increment, no promotions, no bonuses on festivals . Government employee are like Don in this organisation they do what they wanted to do . Netagiri is worst in this organisation
