...loitation of Forest produce within the state and for matter connected therewith.s salary and allowances and conditions of service of the employees of the Corporation and travelling and daily allowances to be paid all official and non official members. UP Forest Corporation is a local authority. All the decisions ate taken in Board of Directors meetings . Previous approval of the state Government the Corporation make regulations. All the rules and regulations issued by state Govt. from time to time the Corporation followed them. The works of personnel Manager is very challenging .

There is main problem of human resources. Without permission of state Government the Corporation can not fill the vacant post. There are many difficulties for getting a permission from state Government. So man powers are a big problems in the Corporation.
