There's nothing I can think of that this place has to offer, which can be of benefit for anyone.

Dislikes

The management and work opportunities here are absolutely horrible and torturous. The leaders of the department here not only lack proper management style, but basic decency as well. You will not gain any learning, appraisal or appreciation for that matter. The worst place to work.

Likes

Working from Home. they don't ask to come to office unnecessary, If you're doing your work honestly and achieving the given targets.

Dislikes

One thing I hate working at Unyscape that even after working so hard and extraordinary performance, company management doesn't appreciate, no rewards u get (specially in recruitment), no good salary hike u get, no bonus, incentives, No growth for recruiters.

Overall job security is fine. They won't throw you out if you are working properly

Dislikes

The work culture and the pressure of unnecessary task from the management. They would tell you that they would provide good increment and all but nothing would happen. They would dissappoint your during the time of increment and also the career growth is slow if you are an experienced person.

It is a great place to work, especially in this serious PANDEMIC situation of COVID-19, Unyscape is one of the very few companies, whose management is very very supportive not only for the facilities of employees working from home but also very cautious about the health of each of there employees...A VERY BIG THANKS AND KUDOS to the entire MANAGEMENT of UNYSCAPE

It's a great place to work and learn from non other than the awesome founder's of the organization. Rarely do you get to spend so much time with the leadership team and learn.

Nothing as such, being a startup there are always some constraints but overall good.
