Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I've work here for only 1 & half months.. can surely say this is definitely not the place where you will ever want to work.. I request please don't apply for this company.. they provide 0% of job security & the peoples are very rude

Dislikes

I joined here in 17th July & they told me not to continue on 26th August.. & they want to discontinue me from 1st September within 5 days how it is possible to find another job & how can I will manage my monthly expenses we live far away from our family it was hard to told them that I don't have job right now it was very tough time for me .. & before me it has happened with another boy also.. they had reason that they don't have budget to keep me in their department.. so if you want job security please don't go to this company..
