Director of Engineer(Tech) is consider to you very smartest person and political person....He has recently joined the organisation....he decide your timeline on your own and give you unrealistic timeline and wants to get things completed if his work is done so he considering that you should complete the whole functionality in a day ......I was working as part time he wanted me to work like full time guy....Be realistic and grow up.

Personally, there was nothing i liked about working at Unorg.

...g and my college is in another city, the company failed to accommodate my needs. After 5 months, they unexpectedly reduced my salary by 70%, which was even lower than what i earned at my previous job. It is completely unacceptable to slash someone's salary to such an extreme level. It appears that Unorg hires employees only to subject them to work hard then immense pressure and mistreatment, ultimately forcing them to leave. This company disregards the well-being and career prospects of its employees.

There were breaks during day to replenish your energy mostly done by going out of office premise.

When I entered in the premises of UnORG I was clueless as whether will I ever be able to work like other people but believe me everyone made me feel like it is my 2nd home. Obviously, the schedule is hectic but come on man it is a startup, I was mentally prepared it will be like this. I learned immensely here and Vikas Sir is a gem. I learned everyday not only the work but also how to deliver work within a timeline and also if the work belongs to you than the accountability is yours. And lastly every person around me while I was here was super supportive and my immediate senior helped me a lot.

Actually, there is nothing I disliked about UnORG. I miss working here.
