I liked the support which I got from the management. You will get so much work there to do, and sometimes you will feel that you are in stress and pressure but, believe me this pressure will make you learn. The management will always there to help you for any situation if you are willing to work for them. They will provide you proper training first for the work, and working environment is really good. I never miss my family while working in minda. They treat you like a family member if you will work properly and meet up the deadlines.

Dislikes

Compensation part is only thing which they need to look at.

For freshers it's good... If they work here, they can survive any company....

Dislikes

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. No career growth ( all below senior manager's are soldiers / salves) 4. No respect to Employees by Senior's) 5. Zero work life balance ( daily 6. Blindly follow bajaj / near by OEM plants ( if they work on Sunday, Minda also will work) 7. Lack of support from company management/ corporate management...

- Safety Standards Followed inside Plant. - Salary always received on time.

Dislikes

- Lower chances of promotion / growth. - Lots of Work Responsibility other than allotted department. - Lower chances of skills growth. - Managers don't want to promote their team members. Neither appreciate their achievements infront of the Senior Management.

OBT ( Organisations Business transfers) launches due to which new designations added in between by which most the employees got demoted as a new designation introduced between earlier 2 as 1. Senior deputy manager then deputy manager then manager 2. Officer and Senior officer

...ES BOSS pupil to work under them. If any one asks he'll be shifted to diff dept. No Vehicle arrangement: Everyone needs to come to company on time or salary will be deducted. But no Travelling arrangements provided for Intercity(Inside Pune) One bus kept for Name Sake.
