1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. Dislikes

...ES BOSS pupil to work under them. If any one asks he'll be shifted to diff dept. No Vehicle arrangement: Everyone needs to come to company on time or salary will be deducted. But no Travelling arrangements provided for Intercity(Inside Pune) One bus kept for Name Sake.

Fixed promotion after term service period, too much workload, low salary, only company is earning not it's employees, Kahi dekhi hai aisi company, dekhi hai to batao maine 5 saal nikale , aap mat nikalna

You can get opportunity to work on Sundays as well, and every day after chutti hours. Company is working for society 24x7.
