For freshers it's good... If they work here, they can survive any company....

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. Japanese left the plant so its still good looking but as indian culture starts to grow it create havoc ,never join the plant to think you can stay long here ,
