Good for career growth nterm of salary if anyone ready to give 12-14hours in a day but huge work. No personal life. No system, all things are man driven not system driven. Advice to management-focus on skill devlopment,reduce unwanted paper work and meeting. Focus on result by smart work not by large no. Paper works and meeting.
