Good for career growth nterm of salary if anyone ready to give 12-14hours in a day but huge work. No personal life. No system, all things are man driven not system driven. Advice to management-focus on skill devlopment,reduce unwanted paper work and meeting. Focus on result by smart work not by large no. Paper works and meeting.

Huge paper work and meeting. Work can be manage by limited paper work and relevant meeting. At least do need to plan any meeting after office hours as we have our personal life as well and need to give time to family like a normal man.

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. No career growth ( all below senior manager's are soldiers / salves) 4. No respect to Employees by Senior's) 5. Zero work life balance ( daily 6. Blindly follow bajaj / near by OEM plants ( if they work on Sunday, Minda also will work) 7. Lack of support from company management/ corporate management...
