...nual Working. Far behind in technical aspect. Overtime working without benefits. Poor Salary and no appraisal. Kicks people out for keeping their view points. 6 days working without any work from home.

The job security is safe, supportive and very motivatived. It's very professional way of approach from top to bottom level of employees, easy to approach to the management. One of the best policy in the aftermarket and it's a bench mark for others.

Salary deduction, during the lockdown period.

For freshers it's good... If they work here, they can survive any company....

1. Not approachable environment 2. No good compensation ( not following market standard, they will utilize your situation even 13years person will get 5 year salary) 3. No career growth ( all below senior manager's are soldiers / salves) 4. No respect to Employees by Senior's) 5. Zero work life balance ( daily 6. Blindly follow bajaj / near by OEM plants ( if they work on Sunday, Minda also will work) 7. Lack of support from company management/ corporate management...

... company ,I was achieved best employee awards and also best performance awards .I was learn many things like salary closing work , monitoring housekeeping ,security also pantry and pantry boys .also best thing i was learn that is new joining formalities and exit interview .HR was so supportive and give chance to learn and handle so many new things .also in there they was providing training .

there are no guarantees about the future .

- Safety Standards Followed inside Plant. - Salary always received on time.

Dislikes

- Lower chances of promotion / growth. - Lots of Work Responsibility other than allotted department. - Lower chances of skills growth. - Managers don't want to promote their team members. Neither appreciate their achievements infront of the Senior Management.
