Good salary. 2 saturdays every month are off.

Dislikes

The Branch Manager & Branch VP behaves like dictator, never allows employees to talk within themselves, expects to sit on the seat all 9 hours. People are not even allowed to have normal introduction with newly joined employees. One will always be questioned even if he/she talks for even 5 minutes with colleagues. It feels like a jail here.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is worst so career growth is slow.

... night and nothing any appreciation or courtesy from senior team and management. If there any error or penalty due to work pressure then company deducted the same from salary. Even holiday you need to work from home so no work life balance & no time to family. Management not taking any initiative to add head count to smooth the process and staff can work without pressure to avoid penalty & leave on time. Even they are not using other staff to assign them for help the team for streamline the process.

Salary comes in instalments. Career growth for people from other planet. Immature and unprofessional people. Company has no money to pay to vendors.

Salary came in installments. No fixed date for salary. Your EMI’s will start bouncing if you trust a salary date. I never got salary before 15th of month. That too in two or three instalment.

An organization for learning skills and development for freshers as well as experienced professionals with strong job security which is very important in current global scenario.

There is nothing to dislike about this company.
