Nothing.... Just got 3 years of experience to mention in my CV

Dislikes

No growth in spit of working for 3 years. During needs, I had worked even late nights without taking any extra pay. Favourism is all they do. Package is too low compared to other abroad companies. I wasted. my 3 precious years working with them.

Only if I am allowed to take up the job I was offered, I can talk about the pros.

... selected at this university 3 months back through a rigorous interview process. They sent me the offer of emplyment with the lucrative package too. However, after 3 months they denied my job saying that my WES validation is not over. All the money I invested for getting my transcripts had gone waste. Better don't try for this university job. Its clearly a scam.

it’s waste of time.. nothing good .. CS department is the worst of all ..

Dislikes

Don’t leave your current job for UoPeople .. they hire and fire .. they want cheap resources and CS department is the worst .. you can just go and check about Sanjay Bhargava.. he has been terminated from his last two organisation and as he is a cheap resource so they have hired him so if you want to work under a less qualified chair then go ahead and waste your time and energy.. you will be depressed soon

Liked everything before the recent senior leadership change. Remote working and emphasis on quality work.

Dislikes

Excessive micromanagement and poor/no work processes. Misleading appraisal ratings with no relevance and meaning. Recent massive lay-offs have given the organization a bad name. Poor job security. The university is struggling for DEAC and WASC accreditation which makes its courses less reliable and recognisable around the world.
