Nothing apart from campus location(Dont fall in the trap)

Dislikes

Toxic Work culture, politics, religious discrimination, biased management, vision less and brainless leaders, salary hikes is very less, ruins your personality in terms of professional development, worst lab infrasturcture, clueless and incompetent heads (exclusively in engineering), incompetents and lazy persons sitting on higher posts, place full of plagiarism, no research ethics, high fees charged from the students, bad examination office full of incompetent, aggresive and bad mannered people, high mismanagement in academics, can ask you to work in any department as admissions are falling in engineering, no job security, your efforts will go in waste in terms of consultancy, research work and patents as they take full authoroty (they will not mention your name anywhere), students are engaged in drugs, faculties focus is to protect their job rather focusing in delivering quality teaching, entreprenesurship cell is headless and belives only in showoff, KRA designed by management is of high standards but only some special choosen from management get recognition, most of the renowned and experinced faculties has moved to far better organisation at far better positions and some of them are removed by the management due to politics and fear of rewarding/recognising them as they were the people who were the part of the system since its inception and helped the organisation to move from a single room to acre of campus, So overall every sub system of this organisation is in bad shape and full of melow drama (showoffs).

1. Job insecurity 2. Lack of leadership abilities in some of the people who are at higher positions 3. There should be balance between teaching and research. The university is more focused towards research only; and in the process they are removing good teachers that would impact overall growth of the university in a long run. 4. Fee Structure of the university 5. A few non deserving candidates who are getting very good salary (above 1.5-2.0 lacs per month) are in the system, they do nothing and are spoiling the work culture 6. Meetings
