It is not about working but it is always about information sharing and engagement that are controversial and assisting each other with not only school work but with everything that is happening in our society. Since Universities are the reflection of our societies (Microcosm of the society).

Dislikes

The University is not investing in its academics which leads to the situation of senior academics leaving the University because they are renumirated handsomely. And young academics are underpressure since they are on contract basis and they are being evaluated on their performance and students are no more longer studying but demand to pass in the name of a system that was not designed for them and it that claimed to be decolozing the institution and yet destroying it unknowing without looking at the repercussions of this in the near future. Well some struggles that are being led by students are very progressive in indeed changing our colonial institutions to reflect black dominance.

Likes

I liked it, it has to provide a feasible and healthy work environment. During my stay, i never faced any security issues, the overall opinion UKZN top-ranked educational institute in South Africa.
