I was an international student from India. Saw alot of discrimination among departments and students. Salaries are not paid off to the professors on time, Msc students are just worker bees, just to complete work for Phd or Post doc students. the teaching is mediocre in comparison to Indian universities, I think doing a second MSc was a mistake here. You need to be crying and circling around the Board of examiners as a dogs to let you pass. They dont hear out the students when in need. I dont know if they are aliens or speak other language other than English. I would not recommend students to go, unless if they want to spend a chunk.
