Management is not decided the position of staff as per experience, skill, education etc. Where the max. Staff (District manager) is only for boss buttering, flattery. They have the degree/diploma of distance education or they received the degree from unauthorised University. So, maximum talented and educated staff left the job from UMPESL. Now days UMPESL is the better place for such types of people. #सुबह उठो, बॉस को मक्खन, चपलूसी करो, शाम को घर जाओ। आप सुरक्षित हैं क्योंकि आप UMPESL के पुराने कर्मचारी हैं।

You won't like anything here,the work culture is too bad, i joined it as GET they didn't helped me with accomodation. Travelling issue the sites are located are at minimum 50 km from office location. The HR manager nirjhar nagar and my manager Manas chatarjee they both did not helped me at all. You might be working on Sunday too no office culture. They treat you like outsiders. They might transfer you from one location to another without concern.

...told me that we cannot offer you any comfort. He didn't treated me as a fresher. He straight away asked about my salary and than compared it with him joining in 2009. And my location was in gwalior. And they were dealing projects in datia which is another district located approx 70 km from office. They didn't provide any vehicle for it you have to bring your own 2 wheelers for it. In interview they didn't told about the travelling of this much distance they have said some time you have to travel 15-20 km. But in gwalior I came to know you will be traveling minimum of 4 days to the site ,there will be different site at different locations. You will not assigned a single site. The office was just a 2 bhk house with 1 floor in which ground floor will be guest house type where wires and electrical things are thrown they will say they'll provide accommodation but it will include a room full of wires and papers and a single bed with curtain as a bedsheet . I have seen no growth and difference in work of asst. Manager and executive engineer. They both do the same work visiting site and all. So for growth I'll say there is no growth. No fixed time for lunch. If you go to site, high chance of that you will not able to take your diet properly I was in depression for almost in starting days for what I thought and what is happening here They just didn't revealed about the exact work. And fooled me. And my manager MR Manas chatarjee he didn't helped me with anything and my HR manager nirjhar nagar didn't helped me with my problems there was nights I was depressed. And there was HR mam Shivani sajan she will never reply to your problems that's all I have to say Special mention to my manager mr Manas chatarjee sir and HR manager mr nirjhar nagar sir you both didn't helped me for anything otherwise it would have been better with you . Wishing you both with good luck for you and your company. But pls next time stay cooperative with the new commers 😊💐

Be aware the recruitment is done from Delhi for projects 1- They will promise buyout but take it in writing or forget your money 2- They promise mobile allowance and other allowance but will never give the same. 3-The heads have huge ego and currently everyone is leaving the company 5- HR will lie so you can join the company but later will never pick calls 6-Management will take up mostly tata trust projects as market is not awarding them the projects 7-This is the reason pressure is very high on the projects team 8- Projects team is empty there is almost no skilled resource in the coming 9- All Saturday's are working Beware before joining

1 No Work life balance 2 You have to work in 7 days in a week (no sunday off) 3 No work culture 4 No learning opportunities for freshers. No one is here to guide for new candidate

management took time for arranging procurements. Staff safety negligible in JJM projects. There have been many accidents of staff in road due to over ride distance for work in day or even night about 60-180km per day. That is really thinkable topic, should be discussed in high level management.
