I have completed 3+year in tata project limited it has been a great roller coaster of a journey

Company policy are good appraisals are fair and thy good salary hike and bonus every year and good work environment

Dislikes

There is abond of 3 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners

They encourage everyone & provide freedom in taking their own decisions. Accessible to the Top Management for problem solving.

Dislikes

The appraisals are being very biased, with the people close to the top mangement always being given priority in Salary hikes & promotions. The lower mangement candidates are struggling for growth.

salary is paid on time good policies related to employee like travel, joining, transfer, etc, good approach to systems and process,

Dislikes

appraisal system are not fair and transparent, work load is more at site level employee grievances redress system is not at all good .Not healthy nor satisfactory work life balance and employee at site are always under stress . leaves are for sake of name only but not allow to take or utilize

Too many dislikes, They give a salary package which may attract you but they are not giving any other benefits, which will reduce your actual package. It will only look higher in numeric term but increase your cost of living at project sites. Your tax liability will also be increased as the CTC is higher compared to similar organisations. Don't get into trap of position, as they give higher position at supervisory role. No respect will be given for your experience. Poor working culture. They will even not provide you the basic requirement such as PPEs. Often employees are purchasing their own PPEs. No work life balance, even off during public holidays are not given. Worst culture yet for me. Their policy and practices have a huge mismatch. TPL is a blot to Tata's name and reputation.
