First experience and very bad experience, for the first time I faced such a bad experience in my life.The people who work there are very cheap thinking and illiterate they don't even know how to live and work in an organisation no work culture, no job security, no growth. Mostly they hire undergrads so that they can make them work like labour in less money. They will not provide you any offer letter or experience letter . You can run your personal relationships there comfortably seriously I'm telling you guys don't join if you want a good career seriously they will ruin your precious time. All employees are dumb except 1 or 2.

I didn't find the work environment there suitable. In normal work life where the working time lies between 6-8 hours, here we were bound to work for 10 hours. It was mandatory to sit in the office for 10 hours despite having completed our work. Also there is no job security. The owner can fire anyone without giving any prior notice or warning. I worked there for 4 months but it was a miserable experience. Also the system of getting incentives is not good.

The work culture is not good. There is no proper arrangement for the employees. Also there is no job security. Also one can get the offer letter only after completing one year in the organisation and not prior to that.
