Jogeshwari Branch - BM tries to get over friendly and intrude your personal space. She’s quiet jealous of young looking ladies and doesn’t employee them because of her complex issues. One day sweet another day a devil. Nothing to appreciate because they care of themselves even if that means their employees suffer.

The company showed their real side when we faced the lockdown. No WFH and salary for the month of March was given out in April. All the employees were kept unemployed for a duration of six month and more until August. After resuming their operations a few employees were asked to resume and the rest haven’t been called till date out of which most are still unemployed. When people wanted to quit during the lockdown they refused to give relieving letter. The conclusion is, the maximum duration an employee must stay in this company is for 1-1.5 years for initial experience after graduation. Conpany has a few pros but the cons outway them.

...arn how to avoid getting yourself into trouble by not joining companies like UH.No support, no salary and no fixed work during Covid-19 since March. You will groom yourself while working here because you will work hard as idiot because it be your first job so you'll do everything to shine on, one always learn a lot from your first job as it bunch of lessons good and bad both.

They don't trust there own business insights only, having stupid bonds like of 2years which states if someone leave company before 2 year then he/she have to serve 2months of notice period without pay or else you have to pay them 2 months of salary as a training cost and seriously in this pandemic situation where your employees were sitting at home for more than 75+ days without salary and work , your hire people from PAN India location but in this difficult time you showed every single employee of your company that trusting you people was our second mistake as one was joining this company. What kind of technical training you guys provide for which you think charging two months of salary is justified no rocket science training is provided. It's not a company like" ghar ka dhanda". If your company management and culture is good enough then any employee can stay for than 2 years in normal situations , only LALA company like this would try to bound someone.

Nothing is good except they serve international market.

...andard increment. No incentives, no matter how much revenue you give to company. Per day wages policy for salary payment like labours i.e. You are being paid by number of working days in a month and not by Total days in a month. Shifts work location whenever they wish to change. Office shifts in every 3 months. Only 30mins lunch time in a day. No holiday even on Gandhi jayanti. Too much pressure for per day targets for counts. Extreme political work environment and management of the consultancy. Don't even think of joining this consultancy ever.

As the company is global client based so it improved my skill knowledge n talent etc and the work culture was also too good I learned many things over there so I'm proud to be a part of universal hunt.

Salary hike is decent here but work pressure is too much like receiving calls maintaining data and achieving closures was much a headache. Also some politics played a role in company which was dissatisfied for me, rest was good.
