The seniors in the school are open and ready to answer any queries/doubts. But the management of teachers is not good at all!

The salary promised is not been given. NO work-life balance at all. It's normal (and expected) if you work during your vacation time.

...High School given such pandemic times when people are losing out on their jobs .I at Universal High School definitely have a sense of security at this institition for we get salaries on time which indeed has helped us with the work satisfaction. There is also a good life balance at this stage ..

Just the fact that one has to give a notice period of 3 months before resigning

The school is good to work no doubt. Everything is fine over here. The major problem is salary pay scale is comparatively low and no growth. Working environment and hierarchy is very good over here

The school should be the place where one is free to come up with innovative techniques in teaching which Universal high lets the teachers to go with, which instill in the child's overall development. It also provides the opportunity to travel to various destinations as a part of educational trips and also sends to various educational enrichment programs to enhance our teaching techniques and fosters the development of an individual. It provides healthy working environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is low and no growth at all. The work pressure is average. The efforts taken by me as a diligent teacher goes unnoticed during appraisals and appraisals too are not appropriate. Even competent feedback given by the parents and students are not taken in to account.

Nothing. It's a terrible place to work in

They cheat you off your pay, theres no respect for job roles and boundaries, no regard for employees financial or health issues and they pay VERY very poorly. Theres absolutely no room for any good in that place.
