Without any communication they hold the salary, if employee has taken leave in march month they kept my February month salary on hold just bcoz i took a week days leave in the month of march, they have terminated me without any verbal discussion. Worst culture. Only Sandeep sir Amit wolkar and Tarang sir is good enough to communicate. I suggest not to apply in this consultancy..waste of time and no proper salary.

They will keep you like a servant but the good thing is they will not do any physical violence but mental violence will be done by directly or indirectly.

Dislikes

They will keep your salary on hold for no reason. They are not following any Guidelines of the Labour Law or Employee Wage Act. They don't give you any approval on mail even after if you have complete your probation period of 6 months they will not provide you any positive or negative response. Mr.Tarang Goyal the CEO is the only good person otherwise the employees are degrading the value of the company. All the best whoever is reading.

To be very honest i started my career 1 year before on aug 22 with this organisation in gurugram branch company's culture is very awesome its not like normal consultancy they work like corporate avg work pressure 100% job security company's owner mr. Tarag goyal is very honest n wonderful person if management is not supporting you , You can directly connect with mr. Tarag goyal they will take your fevor definately do needful. When i was working with this organisation i was very frustrated with this organisation because i did not see the corporate life before after 6 months i left this organisation because of low salary, after that i was joined a another consultancy after watching another consultancy culture n working experience i realise ips is far better than another consultancies.
