Salary didn't paid at right date. Do not huge customers there is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

The review is based on UEI Bangalore office.The company asks the employees to come to office every week once , the issue of "presenteeism" is forced upon the employees.

Favoritism of MD and HR Manager is worth noting. Some rules are bent always based on favoritism. There are employees who seem to be missing for many hours during office hours are not confronted. Quarterly lunch offered to only some employees (not all). Very judgemental HR Manager and the whole HR team. Gossips and inclusion are some of the matters that should be dealt with high time. Some new hires (within less than 4 months of joining) are given hikes based on favoritism whereas others are not.
