... an employee resigns they don't even send you an acceptance letter through mail. They also eat away salary of the employee on the name of not serving the notice period. They even take your original documents and give it to you when you sign a document which states that there are no dues to be paid to you by them.

...oint of time. No Work Culture. Worst work experience ever. Over Burden for work. Politics in work, in salary and everywhere.

... is provided to employees and company has great trust issues with new employees. They hold employee's salary to get things done.

Likes

I learnt many things about procurement. Vendor sourcing, time management and multi tasking. My Patience level has also increased.

Dislikes

There is no job security, your boss can fire you anytime. Every year there is contract renewal. Process is very lengthy and slow. There is lot of favoritism. Cannot go to cafeteria for lunch. There is week off on alternate sat but they ask to come on Saturday. No work time u have to be available after working hours also.
