...ronment and culture. Teammates are normal supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are poor and they give normal range salary and no any bonus .

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No any training for new joinees.

...rst construction company so I was very curious about my journey to this company.The company is basically work in government projects so There no issue salary delay.

Dislikes

The office culture of this company is disgusting.There is no fixed duty hours,all stuff are working for 24hours.And also the behaviour of the owner of the company is so rude.And lastly as the company is construction company so ,the scope of work in this company is very poor

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
