...rst construction company so I was very curious about my journey to this company.The company is basically work in government projects so There no issue salary delay.

Dislikes

The office culture of this company is disgusting.There is no fixed duty hours,all stuff are working for 24hours.And also the behaviour of the owner of the company is so rude.And lastly as the company is construction company so ,the scope of work in this company is very poor

...ronment and culture. Teammates are normal supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are poor and they give normal range salary and no any bonus .

Dislikes

There is a lot politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No any training for new joinees.

1. Working culture is terrible 2. Sustainability factor as it depends on diplomacy & politics. 3. Interference of owners in ground level. 4. No hierarchy management. 5. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
