...rst construction company so I was very curious about my journey to this company.The company is basically work in government projects so There no issue salary delay.

The office culture of this company is disgusting.There is no fixed duty hours,all stuff are working for 24hours.And also the behaviour of the owner of the company is so rude.And lastly as the company is construction company so ,the scope of work in this company is very poor

1. Working culture is terrible 2. Sustainability factor as it depends on diplomacy & politics. 3. Interference of owners in ground level. 4. No hierarchy management. 5. Completely unprofessional environment due to systems run often based on unjustified information & communication. 6. No value of knowledge.
