Arabs (Especially Egyptians) are preferred over other nationalities and paid good salary not for their skills but simply because the management favors them. Politics is there, work culture not good, Politically motivated type of organizational hierarchy, if you make your manager happy then everything fine, else were tough for you. No appraisals. 5 Years no increment for many as they was straight forward and on books many saved millions of SAR for company, but no appreciation nor benefit. I would not recommend this company unless you are in such state to get Job. Good playground to learn retail. Beware of Cheap Politics.

I dont like anything in ds company.This company is worst in d world.And full tension of cashier like anything is sort in store they charge to cashier nd storekeeper every after 2 to 3 months nd deduct salary .Thats disgusting rule

In this company I get an extra knowledge and come to know how to handle the pressure situation,while handling and managing the branch/store and achieving the company sales target.
