Likes

Company gave me the confidence to work at senior position and to take my decisions. My decisions were always honoured by the management. Had the privilege to work in multy cultured employees. Best was the local offices were very helpfull when was not on board.

Dislikes

Some times work pressure was high to achieve the management target specialy new take overs.

After clearing second mate no job for their own cadet.. Company said that right now no job opening is there.. Now seeking here and there for job placement.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
