overall the bank is good but the work ethics in the bank is 0 from 0-5. No rules regulations just random people coming office sitting and leaving and getting promoted because of their tenurity in bank not because of overall experience a candidate holds

Bank was good before imposition of directives under 35A by RBI. Work life balance was also good. But now they have terminated all the Management Trainees from the Bank without any prior notice on 31st August 2020 citing bank's severe financial condition due to directives under 35A imposed by RBI.
