Wont get enough time to understand the complex process. Will have to work with multiple customers at a time. Environmental challenges will be there. Implementation done for same process will be different for different customers. So will have to understand how this is implemented in each client environment. And won't get enough time for Analysis. Sometimes will have to work even during holidays and weekends

The late working hours and some kinds of office politics. However the management is helpful and understanding but mid level people do politics.

Exposure to so many Technologies and flat Hierarchy in the organization designation levels . There is no Designation specific tasks here . Its all revolving around team work to achieve customer satisfaction . unity always set a competent team for each project and achieve the customer deliverables and targets . If you are bored of daily routine works and non challenging works , unity is the place for you .

Employee Feedbacks on their work life and concerns to be taken more frequently . More Process and inter team communications to be added into the organization activities .
