... are northerners will little motivation to do the job the way it should be done. No job security at all, salary is fair, work environment is poor intact very poor and there is no innovation in Unitybank.

The worse thing I dislike about Unitybank is as long as you don't have relatives and top shots in the bank you can't grow.

in terms of training the bank really invested much on it workforce but the bank job security is not something to write home about.

Dislikes

the career growth in bank in very poor. the management of the bank are not doing well in that aspect

Team work, work environment and Customer service relationship.

Discouraged by motivation, lastly I have been served with service no longer required by the bank without any benefits after all the services rendered to the bank for 4 year's service.
