...leaving. From the day of joining everyone starts thinking of leaving this place. Less pay, not good managers, no amenities, they don't give you appraisals. They don't make permanent to employees working more that 3-4 years. They don't even make them senior associate. For freshers they give monthly contracts. And they can fire you anytime.

Hygiene and Cleaning in the Office.

...s so toxic. I have been laid off without due process, just because I were Hijab. My salary has not been sanctioned.. didn't even get any update regarding this. I have a suggestion for the people who are career oriented, never ever join this company this Company is gonna ruin ur career. Keep this Company as an option bcoz it treats employees as an option.

People here are helpful. Fixed working time. Can facility available.

...y workload and tough targets. No job security as they hire on contractual basis. Salary is low and promotion is very difficult.

Good work culture. helping nature of the employees. Good pay is there in the initial days. Good training is there for improving soft skills.

Dislikes

...any is very nische and is very risky to work in such company and work, in India. Also, the growth in the company is not good, even after considerable number of years, the salary doesn't change much. Lot of hard work is expected and least is rewarded. The work is very complicated and there's no proper structure, so that one can learn something relevant by doing some course. At younger level, high level of technical understanding is demanded. There is a lot to say, but only mentioned a few. no transportation facilities also for coming to office and leaving.

No Job security as such. They have fired too many people during the COVID pandemic and not supporting them

1)No learning and development 2)boring work 3)No career growth 4)salary is low according to market standard 5)politics is always there 6)They treat associates as the servants
