...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...leaving. From the day of joining everyone starts thinking of leaving this place. Less pay, not good managers, no amenities, they don't give you appraisals. They don't make permanent to employees working more that 3-4 years. They don't even make them senior associate. For freshers they give monthly contracts. And they can fire you anytime.

Toxic work culture, TL and Manager makes juniors life miserable, they make stretch compulsion also not paying for this as there several formalities to get the same, HR never send survey for what you like or dislikes in your PMO's, No work life balance as they want you to work more 14-15 hours, you can not take youe account leaves as they always cancel the leaves in lieu of projects requirements.

...'no projects available' 1 and half month before the supposed end of my contract. They didn't pay me the notice amount or give me the experience certificate till almost 3-4 months after that (i.e till now)!! Imagine that! How do you search for another job after working in such a shit place and yet not getting the experience certificate!? I will definitely not recommend this shit company to anyone if they want career growth!! They won't give you enough salary to sustain yourself independently either.

Job security is one of feather in the crown..which is very rare. Company did not fired anyone in the pandemic, infact for 1 one year there a time we were given salary without working.

It is good company to work for freshers.
