One of the best company to work but salary growth is like null. Here your manager is everything, if you performed very well even then it's totally depend on your manager only, if he want to give you hike or not. I have not seen any career growth in last 5 yrs. Worst teammates, so much politics.

Since Optum take over United health group then it's become a worst company. Noone listen about employee growth, they are focusing only on cost cutting and firing employees without any genuine reasons only because of cost cutting. They will never see your performance, if your manager decide, he will give you hike otherwise he will put you in CAP without any reason. After that noone listen to you, whether you go to HR or higher level. Here manager thoughts they are the owner of company. If any company is not in favour of growth of his own employees then it is the worst company ever in term of simple language. If you care for your employees then they care for your business. It's as simple as that.

Salary Difference between team members doing same tasks and same position is way too much! Managers can be pain in the ... Is way too behind when comes to technology, much of the work belongs to legacy tech, its a healthcare company and not a tech forward company

The only thing is too much and hefty variable pay around 15%. And it will be returned after 11 months. Which is an completely intolerant action in their system.

...ood, but little politicise there if you don't have good bond with higher people. The Management is purely Indian culture and everything is negotiable and finally we will get here less satisfaction in hike or awards or compensation and more variable pay here. That's not good all the time. There is less than chance to get full Variable Pay or more. So we can say its more Service Base Company than a Product Base Company. But Policies are very good here. Lots of Leaves and Insurance Policies are also good and other Team Outing/lunch is there.

Dislikes

Politicise at each level like Hike, Awards, Appraisals, Compensation, Variable Pay and people getting dissatisfaction for this. Teammates, Training, job security, career Growth, learning, work environment, innovation, work life balance are good. Only dis-statifaction will come at Compensation and appraisals and Rewards and get very minimal variable pay in return, not even upto 70-80%.
