I feel honoured to work in UHG, good environment, work satisfaction, job security especially it's good for women

Less salary otherthan that everything feel good in UHG, I learnt corporate culture and found myself in a better way, Good support from supervisor

It's better place to work and gain knowledge with customers satisfication and no work pressure, people enjoy the work while doing it

Dislikes

Less compensation with slow growth, cab issues, hiring as a claim processing but actual designation was different from hired designation.

Management is good, working culture is good.

No proper hikes, no growth, company is focusing on cost cutting to earn more money and removing all benefits to the employees. No market corrections.They will make us to do night shifts but won't pay night allowances, all companies are working for 9hrs but uhg is of 9.5hrs.

Its a good company. Fantastic growth as per my knowledge. Learning skills are fantastically. I would say I have learned so many things from my elders and managers etc. I feel free to say it's a good environment for every new comer or exp person.

I couldn't satisfy with salary incriment.

Wrost manager and salary package. And working hours was 9.30 hours. I have tried to contact to Uper management for multiple time not they did not meet me. After all I have resigned.
