Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Salary Difference between team members doing same tasks and same position is way too much! Managers can be pain in the ... Is way too behind when comes to technology, much of the work belongs to legacy tech, its a healthcare company and not a tech forward company

Dislikes

One of the disadvantages is working in uhg is they pay less salary in comparison to the market and apraisal oppprtunity is very limited. Majority of the People are working for more than 6 yo 7 years in the same positon as IJP comes rarely in uhg. Night shift is also a drawback that i faced and most of the people are not comfortable in working in this shift as it impacts your health for sure in long term.
